sometime we buy vegetables to cook but we have to throw it after a few day after you keep it in refigerator. for people like us that have less money to buy expensive refigerator we can use this method.. it is very easy,

you need to buy a plastic container that can fit perfectly in your refigerator. Make sure you use original tupperware. this container will keep you vegetable fresh for longer time compare to thier own container in refigerator.i get this tip from my mother and i have been practicing it, and the result it awesome. it can last for more than one month..

i had been told that fish spa can improve the smoothness of my feet beside improving the blood circulation. It can also remove the dead skin from your feet. Fish that they use is garra rufa. they eat the dead skin and leave good skin.it is good to treat skin diseases (such as psoriasis). Schools of fish “attack” you and nibble your skin gently. Because your skin is the only one way for them to breed and eat.

Yesterday, permatang pauh, penang, experience haze. This never happen before. Some people call haze as a mist. But does it really referring the same thing;

Haze can be define as a weather phenomenon which gives the sky a cloudy appearance due to the presence fine particles of smoke, dust and other pollutants. This takes place when in dry air, particles of dust and smoke gather together.

Mist

Mist is form in humid air .

Cause of Haze :

Under certain conditions of weather, when pollutants and smoke are not able to disperse, they cling together to form a hazy cloud at a low level. This obscures normal vision to a great extent. Industrial pollution gives rise to very thick haze called Smog.

Sources of Haze can be many. Some of them are:

• Farming in dry weather

• Industrial wastes and pollution

• Traffic emissions

• Smoke produced by forest fires and

• Fire of the peat fields

Properties of Haze:
• From a distance haze appears brownish in color.
• It differs from mist as mist forms in humid air, whereas haze forms in drier air. Haze can function as points where mist condenses to form droplets.

Occurrences of Haze:
Haze is very common in Southeast Asia. It is a big problem in Indonesia, Kalimantan and Sumatra where forest and land fires cause regular haze . Owners of plantations and farmers burn away land for future farming. This not only produces haze but also destroys valuable agricultural lands and affects transportation, health and tourism. In October, 2006 Malaysia, Malacca Straits and Singapore were greatly affected by haze . Legal action has been taken by Indonesia against the farmers in order to check this problem.

Problems of Haze :
• It can give rise to a number of serious respiratory diseases.
• It reduces normal visibility.

old tip to reduce itchness due to dandruff or etc...

Requirement:
warm water
2 or 3 lime (limau nipis)

Step:

1)Cut lime in half
2)wash your head with warm water subsequently
3) during second step you need to scrub your head with lime

you can do that once a week. or when you feel head feel itchy but remember do not scrub too much because lime contain acidic.

this is another tips that i know in order to keep our meal for a longer time. meals will spoil because of bacteria. beside we keep it in a refrigerator , we can also put approximately a pinch of lime juice in our meal immediately after finished the cooking process. Most of bacteria will not have longer life in acidic environment. that is why we can prolong the goodness of our meal by the acid condition from lime.

a two tablespoon of honey
two tablespoon of white egg (not the yolk)

How to apply:

1. Make sure you mix the ingredients
2. you can apply directly on your face and leave it dry or
3. after you apply on your face you can put a layer of facial tissues and then put the mixture again. wait until it completely dry. this will make a mask.

1) Do not click your own adsense ads or get them clicked for whatever reason.

2)Do not change the Adsense code.

3) Never place more than 3 ad units and 3 ad links or 2 adsense search boxes on any web page.

4)Do not run competitive contextual text ad or search services on the same site

5) Do not disclose confidential information about your account like the CTR, CPM.

6) Label headings as “sponsored links” or “advertisements” only.

7)Never launch a New Page for clicked ads by default.

8) One Account suffices for Multiple websites.

9) Place ads only on Content Pages.

Never use same colour as the background.
